Letsignit is an email signature management platform built with Microsoft since 2013, and it’s aimed at mid-size companies that want consistent signatures plus marketing campaigns. Signatures are managed centrally and deployed across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and they work in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and on iOS and Android.
Its Email Signatures & vCards plan includes:
- Centralized signature management
- Targeted signature campaigns with A/B testing
- Digital business cards (vCards) with QR codes and mobile wallet access
- Built-in performance analytics
- A dedicated Customer Success team for onboarding
Letsignit has also expanded beyond signatures. A Slides plan centrally manages brand-compliant PowerPoint templates, and a Platform plan combines signatures, vCards and slides. Each of these plans is listed at about $2 per user per month, while Enterprise adds multi-entity governance, SCIM directory sync, SAML and on-premise options on custom pricing. A free trial is available for the email signature plan, and all data is hosted in the EU, which helps with European compliance.
It’s pricier per user than Exclaimer or CodeTwo, and the platform is more than a small business needs. For mid-size companies that want campaigns, A/B testing and digital business cards in one place, it’s a strong fit.
